SURVIVAL GUIDE - REQUIRED READING
The desert is a place worlds away from that to which most of us are accustomed, and is governed by physical laws that cannot be ignored. You are responsible for your own survival, safety, and comfort. Read the Burning Man 2012 Survival Guide carefully and make sure EVERYONE in your group reads it as well.
In addition to the Survival Guide, there is a vast amount of
information on this site to help you prepare for special circumstances
that affect your experience at Burning Man. We strongly suggest that
you read the information in the Recommended
Reading and Health
and Safety sections to help you plan according to your own
individual needs.
